GRANTMAKING

Three boys sitting at a table eating lunch. One boy is looking at the camera, holding a fork with food, and smiling. The table has a plate with pasta, as well as an apple, chunks of bread, and a small dish of green beans. There is a carton of low-fat milk and a juice box nearby. The background shows shelves with colorful backpacks.

Since 1984, the Amelia Peabody Foundation has awarded more than $260 million to Massachusetts nonprofits. Building on a longstanding commitment to young people in under-resourced communities, we work to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive. Families flourish when they have equitable access to high-quality education and out-of-school programs, a healthy and inclusive food system, pathways to economic mobility, and safe, stable housing.
